The people of Hawaii say "Maui no ka oi." This translates to "Maui is the best" island of Hawaii. The best part of Hawaii is West Maui. Our condo #402, is oceanfront, on the middle of the West Coast.
We are in beautiful Kahana, a delightful little town just north of Ka'anapali and Lahaina. There are restaurants and stores within walking distance.
Our barbecue area is next to our heated pool, surrounded by tropical gardens. Our condo has been completely remodeled. We have a full kitchen with everything you need along with a washer and dryer.
About the condo
Our condo living room faces the ocean. Our large lanai is furnished with comfortable rattan furniture. Here you can relax with a glass of wine or a cup of coffee and look out over the ocean.
We have a comfortable queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.
We have a complete kitchen with everything you need. We have solid wooden cabinets and a beautiful quartzite countertops. We have a washer and dryer, dishwasher and a refrigerator. You can also use the barbecue's by the pool.
We have a queen sized bed.
Our condos' bedroom window overlooks the scenic West Maui Mountains.
There is a double waterfall sink in the dressing room which is separate from the shower/bathroom. The bath/shower room has a double shower, including a shower massage.
Rates
Winter season is December 16 through April 15th. The Winter season rate is $240.00 per night
Summer season is April 16 through December 15th. The rate per night is $210.00
Taxes are 17.4166%. There are no other charges. We offer high speed internet service, cable TV including NetFlix. Parking is free and convenient. Housekeeping fees are included. There are no hidden fees nor mystery charges.
There is a 7 night minimum stay in the winter and a 4 night minimum stay in the summer. Ask about shorter stays if available. The condos accommodate 4 each with a sofa sleeper for two. Stays of 28 nights or more = 10% off.
Reservion policies
Deposit & Cancellation Policy for reservations booked directly with Sunshine & Rainbows:
Five-night deposit per condo to confirm reservation. Payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival. All deposits and payments for any non re-booked nights will be forfeited. We will cheerfully refund the payments for any or all nights that are re-booked less additional housekeeping charges and other charges incurred to owner.
ONCE A RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED, ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A $100.00 CANCELLATION SERVICE CHARGE WITH NO EXCEPTIONS
Monthly Rates
10% discount from all rates for reservations of 28 days or longer. For reservations 28 nights or longer, a five-night deposit is required to confirm the reservation; 50% of entire amount due 60 days prior to arrival. Balance in full due 30 days prior to arrival. All deposits and payments for any non re-booked nights will be forfeited. We will cheerfully refund the payments for any and all nights that are re-booked.
Winter Reservations December 16 through April 15
There is a seven-night minimum stay between December 16th and April 15th unless there are less than 7 nights available.
Summer Reservations April 16 through December 15
Summer reservations have a 4-night minimum but feel free to inquire for openings in the calendar that are less than 4 nights.
Winter payment policy for December 16th to April 15
All reservations for the above dates must be paid in full by November 1. For reservations made after November 1, payment in full must be received within 10 days of the reservation. If reservation is canceled, all deposits and payments will be forfeited unless re-rented. If reservation is made after November 1 and the deposit is received and then canceled, the deposits will be forfeited unless re-rented. All reservations without advance deposits will be subject to automatic cancellation. We will cheerfully refund the payments for any and all nights that are re-booked less the $100-dollar cancellation fee for expenses incurred.
